Guest Nickpollins Posted July 8, 2009 Share Posted July 8, 2009 Hi Our case officer is Sunita K and we have been waiting since April 24th, sent an email they replied saying they have all the information they need just waiting on a decision, Think there are many of us in the same boat it is just so FRUSTRATING!! even more so that there is no pattern or order in which the visa's are granted, its like a visa lottery!! Good Luck hope we all get good news really soon!! :jiggy: My friend has been waiting on a decision since the beginning of the year. He first applied for his 175 in Dec 2007. His immigration lawyer has said that they are only approving priority cases or those that have jobs to come to. He came over in Nov as he expected to get his in December.
