You need to speak to an Immigration Agent in Oz and apply for a Contributory Parents Visa - its the quickest way and you will qualify because you have a daughter and family living in Oz at the moemnt. Its expensive but the more assured route. $24K for first applicant and $10K for the second parent. Hope this is helpful

Hi

We too are trying to get to OZ, doing our immigration application at the momment. We have friends that have migrated and they told us that thier parents can apply for immigration through them once they have been there two years. I assume that because your daughter is a citizen she can sponser you guys, having a fair amount of money is a bonus too!

The best thing for you to do is to approach an immigration specialist and let them tell you what options you have - we used a company called Ambler Collins, ( they have an internet site http://www.amblercollins.co.uk) and they were brilliant, really helpful and seem to have a pretty good sucess rate (we know quite a few people who have been excepted recently using them.

Good luck

Nikki
