Please can some one point out where i can find info on this from the immigration website or if any one can point us in the right direction. Welshtone Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 Hi Garth and Jen You have already applied for a 176 visa as the 176 visa is gropuped with the 175 - so you cannot apply for one without the other. As soon as DIAC receive the 176 sponsorship form (Form 1100) endorsed by the state or territory that has sponsored you, DIAC will continue to process, or not to process, as a 175 application. 1 appy to State or Territory for 176 sponsorship 2 if approved, accept your obligations and provide sponsoring State/Territory with your visa file number (TRN) 3 confirm with State Territory that Form 1100 has been sent to DIAC 4 if on-line status does not indicate that you have a case officer within 2 weeks of Form 1100 actually being sent to ASPC, contact ASPC and advise of 176 sponsorship approval. Make The Move :: Requirements for State sponsorship We submitted our online 175 over the weekend and have just sent off our app form for Qld SS today (176).
