Nothing!!!! Think I've got more chance of hearing an MP saying sorryfor being caught with their hand in the till than I have hearing anything from QLD gov.

They seem to have all the acknowledgements done now appart from one on our list, perhaps when they have caught up and sent out all the acks they will get on with the actual processing!?

 

Does anyone know if the DIAC are still keeping to their word of 10 days for a case officer?

I would say it seems DIAC are, look at the CO allocation and visa grants lately..

 

Rach28, tiger08, Mel R, Chris Mac etc..

 

All these guys have only just been granted SS within the last few weeks..

Yes, but I dont think you are right! I am sure that its not email receipt - its the receipt of your application! I think you and me had this query before... :wacko:

 

I am sure they would not bother saying when they recd the application if that was not the date they were working to! I deffinately read their email that the 8-10wks is from recpt of application and not from their email. Forgive me if I am wrong but I am sure I am not!!! :notworthy:

 

What does everyone else think? Are QLD working their 8-10 wks from the email acknowledging reciept or from the date they say they actually received the application!!!

Lets get a debate going while we are waiting!!! LOL

In the ack letter it says the date they received your application. It is 8-10 weeks from the date they actually received your application, not the day you got your email confirming receipt.
