rach28 Posted March 2, 2009 Author Share Posted March 2, 2009 Looking to go to Melbourne, we may not stay there yet- hence why we have not jumped on the band wagon along with all the others suddenly changing their 175 visas to 176 in hope of getting there quicker! We have no one out there! A very daunting thought!! Hubby thinks the same thats why we havent gone for 176. I did think about changing but decided not to. We was beginning to think there was something wrong with chef jobs in oz:huh: Occupation - chef TRA Ass - passed 28/12/08 applied online 175 - 16/01/09 MODL meds/pc - Not yet! currently waiting We have been told by the migration agent that we won't get a caseworker for at least 6 months. I hope they have started to move from the State/Territory visa on to the CSL, then MODL :arghh: Simon (32), Sarah (35), Katalin (10), Chloe (4) & Harry the Dog... Applications with Occupations on the Critical Skills List (CSL): Applications are being allocated in date of lodgement order Applications are now being allocated to case officers. It is expected all eligible applications that were lodged before 1 September 2007 will be allocated by 20 March 2009. Applications that were lodged after 1 September 2007 are not being allocated at present.
