Hi Maz

Cor lumme, child! My mother was 85 when she did her meds last year, plus the poor old dear can't hobble around without a zimmer frame now. Mum's problem is that she broke her back a few years ago, which caused permanent spinal chord damage. She says she has arthritis in her knees too and that she is on medication for it.

They asked for a geriatrician's report. He confirmed that Mum is well preserved for her age and that only another serious fracture would really force anyone to think twice about how best to look after her from now on. She sailed through the meds after that.

They will probably want an up to date report from the specialist you have seen about your knee. Apart from that, I'd be REALLY surprised if you have any other problems with the meds.

So don't worry and instead have some fun on this site.

Cheers

Gill:)
