I would like to suggest a possible meet on Sat 22nd in Federation Square (unless anyone has any better suggestions) at around 7.30pm!!! Will give us all chance to catch up over some drinks!! Ive spoken to an Irish girl i've met at work who should be coming with me and my partner so more the merrier!!! Ive only been here for 6 weeks now so its my first time out in the city so the more that can make it the more fun it will be. Are there plans for another meet up soon do you know? We are in Melbourne for a Recce/visa validation trip, we will arrive on the 5th and staying in Melbourne til the 12 before flying up to Brisbane to visit old family friends. I think I could waddle along with Mark & my visiting Mum, I might pack the hospital bag just in case!! It's only 5 minutes from us with a nice park for the kids and areas to BBQ and plenty of room for a kickabout or cricket and now a new skate ramp. I was just interested when the meet would be as if it had fitted in with our stay would liked to have tried to get one of these meets in. My OH and I feel that our two children need to see that other children can/have settled into a new type of lifestyle and schooling. If we don't make it in April I hope to join you later in the year.
