We have applied for a SIR495 to adelaide and we have a case officer - we have sent off our PCs and had our medicals. Unfortunatley, the my medical showed up a lump in my breast, althought doctor said it was very small and most probably a cyst, however I have been referred to the hospital and now awaiting an appointment. Also, my husbands medical showed blood in his water and his GP has done a load of blood tests that came back negative and so he has also been referred to the the hospital. Im really worried that these problems are going to cause delays - our medicals have been sent off with this info............ What do you think? sarahx Hiya Sarah I have had a problem with my medical in that they say my cardiothoratic ratio was increased (my heart lookes enlarged) the doctor said it was only very slight and not to worry (easier said than done) I know she has ticked box b on my meds, so I am just waiting to see if I will be referred by the Ozzy panel doctor, I am really worried also so I know exactly how you feel, keep us informed I really hope all things go well. calNgary Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 Hiya i have a liver condition so knew my medical would nt be normal,all DIMIA asked was that i go to a specialist and get them to write a report on my condition with a prognosis over the next 10 yrs.Added another month onto waiting time and a few quid to pay the specialist but we are here now,i think it has to be something major to be refused the visa ,keep smiling and good luck Cal x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
