Hi everyone............CHEF ALERT.............(b alert, your country needs lerts)

The best tip for tasty home made curry

Put 6 bottles of stella artois in the fridge

Use fresh corriander, its a green leaf plant, but get it on the day you want to use it, it wont last long in a fridge. (none of that dried sawdust type crap)

Use equeal amounts of tumerick, cayene peper (for heat) and gara masala.

try some FRESH cracked black pepper corns and 1 red chilli (finely chopped with the seeds left in) and FRESH garlic

Liquedise some FRESH basil with olive oil (basil oil) as your base oil to fry your ingrediants

Get tinned plum tomatoes (chopped or whole, if whole when opened use scissors to chop the tomatoes inside), use this as your liqued.

Chef tip.............whenever you cook ANYTHING with tomatoes, add some white sugar. Tomatoes are a fruit, and any fruit benefits from suger when cooking and serving hot.................But dont go daft.

Add some balsamic vinegar, and lea and perrins and bayleafs

When everything is in the pan, let it cook out untill all the flavours are infused to each other........................ussually ready when the last of the stella is empty...............; )

When we arrive in oz, all our friends have told us we have to have curry nights, no bar b q's allowed..................but ya gotta bring yer own beer

Off for another beer now............(cheese on toast nearly done)

Hugs to everyone
