Guest wiccanwitch Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 yep was feeling bad before we went on our wkend break on friday think it is stress have come back and i feel even worse and to top it of i have come out in all cold sores alover my mouth:swoon: i feel like my whole body is going to shut down:shocked: and i carnt do owt to stop it couse i am to god dam knackerd sorry for the winge

When I get too low I always go and read some horrific news report about some poor sods having a dreadful time and it makes me realise life's not all that bad. Harsh I know, but sometimes it's the only way for me to snap out of it. Chin up petal. And yeah, maybe see a doc about the cold sores! Kate
