degs Posted January 30, 2007 Share Posted January 30, 2007 Just about to lodge skills assessment, My wife has a diploma in caring services and nursery nursing, she also has a number of certificates off social services although these are not professional qualifications, would we benefit from lodging these are would we be successful by just lodging the diploma's, any advice would be a great help. connaust Posted January 31, 2007 Share Posted January 31, 2007 Hello there, We are an education agent as part of our role we have to ensure some types of student get through qualification recognition to be eligible for PG study e.g. physiotherapists. Assessments of various kinds are not based purely on qualification name but content of study or training, outcomes etc.. By all means give as much info as possible including training courses etc., with as much detail as possible on the content of the training that may cover equivalent Oz competencies.
