Guest YellowGecko
Yeah I think that's the form people are often misguided about. You do need it with your application, though, my Immo Agent told me. Jo x
Guest 1010ozzy
My husband is applying for spousal visa and we have had to fill in a form 80, sent by our agent Hope this helps, I think I would fill it in just to be on the safe side Dawn and Nigel
Guest OzzieWren
Hi It seems that if you don't send in form 80 with your application - then it is requested by Australia House - which then holds up the processing of your application - so everyone usually completes this along with application - and also frontloads police and medical checks - for speedier processing. Have fun - it looks horrendous - we haven't done ours yet! Jen
welsh in oz
it does mention it on the checklist for the spouse visa, like everyone else says you are better of sending it in with everything to prevent a hold up. It's not that difficult once you get going!
