It also comes fully, part or unfurnished. Excellent price at $500 per week for a 3 bedroom house. I moved here in May 2007 and arrived having no where to live so thought id post this on here as it seems perfect for anyone arriving in Melbourne to have for 3 months to be able to find somewhere and get a feel for the areas.
