What are my options regarding Australian Citizenship 

What is the criteria 

Have been buying, renovating houses and selling them.

Not a proper job as such.

For citizenship, it doesn't matter what job you do or how old you are. It doesn't matter whether you're married or single.   If you don't have a criminal record, it's likely you are eligible to become an Australian citizenship.  You can keep your British citizenship, too.
