EOI related questions

In EOI SkillSelect, there are two questions

1. Are there any family members the client would like to include in a future application?

2. How many family members?

 

I have a wife and 2 children. So my family members would be counted as 3 (my wife and two children) or 4 (my wife, two children and myself)?
