Now, they are living in Australia with me and we are going to apply for visa 143 by ourselves. My questions are: 1/ My sister need to be a dependent (under family’s sponsorship) to apply from 173 to 143 or not? Because in her visa, their only have one condition is “not marry before first entry” 2/ If my sister doesn’t study and she goes to work, can she get visa 143 granted?
