Excellent performance in school. No 1:1 support. School is willing to provide letter he gets academic awards every year. Questions: Should I disclose it to the medical officer or let him assess? Are they able to retrieve paediatrician report from somewhere even though it says confidential and can't be disclosed without parents permission?
