We have done our medicals, AOS, sent in additional information as requested and we are waiting for the request for 2nd VAC. My wife's mother is in her 80s and is disabled, my wife looks after her mother, and is now having second thoughts and is considering withdrawing her application. I still wish to go-ahead with the VISA 143. If my wife withdraws her application, will that affect my application in any way? Any help will be gratefully received. Of course she wishes to stay with her mother now, but what will she do when her mother passes away? She will have no right to join you in Australia.
