My parents arrived on the permanent residency visa 143 few years ago and my father have passed away recently and I have received an email from Centrelink that my AOS bond has ended for my father and would like to release $10,000 AUD back to me. However, the email states that they will still hold $4,000 for the secondary applicant(which i assume is for my mother). I just wanted to ask if Centrelink releases the $10,000 for the AOS bond for the primary applicant(my father who has passed away) would it effect my mothers Permanent residency visa as the law states the AOS bond for 14K should be kept with centrelink for 10 years?
