Cero
Hi, I have been invited to apply for a 189 visa and have a valid skills assessment. However, when in Australia previously on a working holiday visa, I worked past the 6 months allowed in one occupation and did not seek the official extension (for a number of reasons which I regret now). I was wondering if this would be a showstopper for my 189 visa application. Or if it something that would be over-looked? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. paulhand
Did you claim points for this work? That would stop the show. ”For any Australian employment you must have held a substantive visa or a Bridging A or Bridging B visa and complied with the conditions of that visa to be eligible for points.”
Cero
Hi Paul, No I have not claimed any points for this employment specifically. Would it be possible to discuss with this you further? Many Thanks.
