magno
I'm trying to pay for my bridging visa B application on ImmiAccount. According to the "step by step" guide, since my substantive visa application was submitted as a paper application, I have to submit my bridging visa B application via webform (which is not ImmiAccount). However, payment must still be made via ImmiAccount, according to the application form 1006. There are two questions on the online payment system that are confusing to me: What payment are you making? options: Pre-pay Visa Application Charge Paper Application Pre-pay Citizenship Paper Application Pre-pay Additional Applicant Paper Application Pay ImmiCard Application Pay other applications Top-up Payment Pay for Online Application(s) . Processing Office: ACT Regional Office National Office NT Office Brisbane Office Cairns Office Adelaide Office Lee St - Sydney Parramatta Office Hobart Office Melbourne Office WA Office The problem with question 1 If I select "Pay for Online Application(s)", it will ask me to submit my application first via ImmiAccount, which I MUST NOT do, because according to the "step by step" guide, I have to submit my bridging visa B application via webform if my substantive visa application was submitted as a paper application, which it was. If I select "Pre-pay Visa Application Charge Paper Application", I can indeed find visa subclass "20 Bridging Visa" in the payment system. However, it seems wrong because I will have to submit my application online via webform and not "Paper Application" as the name suggests. If I select "Pay other applications", there is no question asking what type of visa application I am paying for at all. So, what option should I select here??? The problem with question 2 My substantive visa application was mailed to their office in WA. However, I live in Brisbane. Let me reiterate that I'm trying to pay for Bridging Visa B application. So, what do I select for question 2? National Office? Brisbane Office? WA Office? I've contacted Immigration and Citizenship at 131 881. The person told me she couldn't tell me either and that I had to "answer to the best of my ability". Does anyone have experience paying for a bridging visa B application recently to be submitted via webform? Please help!

Paper applications are no longer accepted. Applications for bridging visas can only be submitted either via ImmiAccount or Webform.
