Ausvisitor Posted September 6, 2022 Share Posted September 6, 2022 Can you prove the company withheld superannuation or was contractually required to be pay it? If you can't then it isn't relevant occupation experience as all Australian work requires super contributions (even nil contributions if you don't earn enough) to be submitted by the employer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

CO officer asked for superannuation. Is it mandatory to be paid to claim work experience point or can I provide other proof for my work experience.
