We have though, recently changed our names here in Aus and are currently changing UK passport to new name. Does anyone know if we have to change the visa name to match the UK passport not to travel on but to apply for citizenship? I know citizenship gets processed in the name of your passport (hence we are changing it) and Obviously we have all the documents to back up the original visa and the legal name change here in Aus… Just like to have all my ducks in a row when the time comes! I’m very happy I don’t need to change the name on the visa and only need to supply the name change certificate! Makes life much easier!
