NEILLZT Posted March 8, 2022 Share Posted March 8, 2022 I had submitted my 500 visa application last week (04/03), and I provide all of the documents including Form 1221, but when I check the status today I find they give my a small yellow flag and the feedback is to complete the character assessment information which is provide further information by completing a Form 1221. That is so odd that I had submitted Form 1221 and filled in all the information but why they still ask me to start a new Form 1221？ And there is no information at Message that asks me to provide any document or form. In fact, I think it's not an isolated occurrence, cause some of my friends also have this 1221 BUG. Does anyone the reason? Cheers. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
