Kay Ceyetch 0 Posted December 2, 2021 Hi, Does anyone know if the department is processing applications for 417 made from offshore? I have no exemptions and assumed that they were not processing applications for cases like mine as I couldn't enter the country anyway due to the border restrictions. However recently they announced that WHV holders would be eligible from Dec 1 (now pushed back to Dec 15 due to Omicron), so I was wondering if it is the right time to put in an application now.
