Monica08 0 Posted December 1, 2021 I have lodged my passport application last 18th of October. Initially it was just 3 weeks to receive the passport but they have changed it to 6 weeks. It is now on week 7 and I still haven’t receive even a text/email from passport department. Where should I follow up? I called the call centre but they hangup before I talk to anyone.
