Initially it was just 3 weeks to receive the passport but they have changed it to 6 weeks. It is now on week 7 and I still haven’t receive even a text/email from passport department. Where should I follow up? I called the call centre but they hangup before I talk to anyone. I lodged the same time as my husband and he got his 4 weeks ago.
