I know I can apply for my year 2 WHV, but I now see there’s a chance of people being entitle to 3 years WHV without farm work. Marisawright Posted October 7, 2021 Share Posted October 7, 2021 The proposal for the 3 year thing hasn't been confirmed yet, so all you can get at this stage is your second year. However I thought you had to stay in Australia and do both years at once, I didn't think you could go away and apply at a later date? paulhand Posted October 8, 2021 Share Posted October 8, 2021 You are eligible for a third WHV if you continue to meet the age criterion and have completed 6 months of specified work whilst on your 2nd WHV.
