rammygirl Posted September 30, 2021 Share Posted September 30, 2021 Yes you must make first entry by September 2022, you do not have to stay permanently though. You have travel permission to leave and re enter Australia until September 2026. After this you will need either a resident return visa (RRV) or citizenship to re enter Australia , your PR doesn’t lapse but the ability to travel does.
