Can anyone advise what the car parking is like in the mornings of weekdays around the Indooroopilly, Taringa, Chelmer train stations thanks? Much appreciated. legalalien Posted October 22, 2021 Share Posted October 22, 2021 Hello Redmund I live in the Indooroopilly area and would not recommend relying on finding car parking around the Indooroopilly or Taringa train stations on weekday mornings. There are no station car parks at either station. Chelmer, I'm not sure on, but trains notwithstanding, you're on the "wrong side of the bridge", (the Walter Taylor bridge) assuming that you need to get into Brisbane by car at some point. Indooroopilly is popular and expensive but the shopping centre apart, it is rather a facilities desert and I believe that it is expensive as there are several schools perceived to be good, close together in the area. Graham Fletcher Posted November 17, 2021 Share Posted November 17, 2021 My son lives very close to the shopping centre but heads towards the city for "entertainment" - taxis and Ubers are plentiful!
