Bartletts
Hi there, hoping someone can advise me on this - apologies if it's been answered elsewhere on here. I live in the UK and have recently had my 100 Partner visa approved and need to validate this within 12 months of issue. Given the current climate, is there a situation whereby I can fly to Australia and get this validated at customs and then turn around and fly home again thus avoiding the quarantine etc.? Would this constitute 'entering the country'?! Appreciate any help or advice on this.

No there isn’t ! However, no problem if you are unable to make the date if the pandemic is still doing it’s thing: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/departmental-forms/online-forms/travel-facilitation-letter-request-form
