I have just lodged my visa now after 3 hard months gathering all the evidence required. hope that my minor criminal offences don’t stop me getting my visa. it’s a whole bunch of money to get to this stage and I hope that from my evidence that they can see I am a good man with a good job and a loving family man married to an Australian citizen anyone got a story’s of people getting granted a visa with criminal record? regards Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

snmp Posted July 8, 2021 Share Posted July 8, 2021 I did with a DUI, was asked for further information about it, replied with when it happened (xyrs ago), what I received (x fine and y ban), and explained that I hadn't been in any trouble since then etc. Good luck!
