We live in Redcliffe North Brisbane We have one quote from $7700 for 30 cubic metres container And $10,740 for a 38 cubic metres & this is probably the size we need !! This quotation was from a company called overseas packers & Shippers !! We want one more quote so can anyone recommend another competitive company please !! Hi Lee, try KENT if you want another quote. We move back to the UK next month, and our goods are being shipped back by OSS. Based on our experience, both companies are good. Cup Final 1973 Posted June 19, 2021 Share Posted June 19, 2021 Hi Lee, We got 3 quotes and chose the middle one as they seemed the most professional. We moved (are moving) with Palmers. Your quote for 30 foot is what we paid for a part load of 26 cubic metres so I’d say that’s cheap but we were in Victoria so that might influence the price. Our furniture was uploaded on March 15th and we were given an estimate of 10 - 16 weeks which suited us fine as we weren’t returning to the UK until May 1st. However, the date has been put back several times. The latest info is our container is due to leave on June 20th arriving on July 29th!
