Vishal 4 IT
Hi Everyone, Looking forward some your expert suggestions and advice. @Raul Senise Currently, I am being sponsored with 186 ENS DE in IT industry, where I am working for them from 5 years. Both side application have been lodged on 15/01/2021 which is nearly 4 months now with Received Status and seating with Bridging ViSA. I have one of the technical dispute has occurred while doing the work. Now My company is taking some serious action of issuing Termination and will Withdraw my nomination sponsorship. If they will withdraw my nomination then which other visa category can I apply? How do I convince them to revert this decision? Which better options should I give them and request for wait until file process will get it done ? Kindly please give me some Golden advise and suggestions here ASAP. Regards, Vishal Patel
Marisawright
If you want professional advice from Raul on such a serious issue, then you should hire him and pay for it. If your employer withdraws their nomination then you will be in Australia unlawfully because your bridging visa will be cancelled too. Regards, Vishal Patel Your visa options will depend on your specific situation. There is no one size fits all answer to your questions. If you are already on a bridging visa, you will need to act very quickly to avoid being affected by section 48 of the Act.
