Currently, I am being sponsored with 186 ENS DE by my company in IT industry. Both side application have been lodged which is over 3 months now with Received Status and seating with Bridging ViSA. I have one of the technical dispute has occurred while doing the work. Now My company is taking some serious action of issuing Termination and will Withdraw my nomination sponsorship. If they will withdraw my nomination then which other visa category can I apply? Kindly Please give me some Golden advise and suggestions here ASAP.
