If vaccinated, do i still need to do the mandatory quarantine?

Billions are being spent on the rollout in the UK, including payments to GPs and vaccinators.  There is as they say no such thing as government money, only taxpayers money.  While vaccines themselves are being produced on a not for profit basis you can guarantee someone if making a lot of money on testing or vaccination.
