Martin Meszaros 0 Posted February 21 Hello lovely people. I hope you are all well I am on my way to apply for Subclass 100 Partner (Migrant) visa from Sydney and I was wondering whether I have to (besides the Australian National Police Certificate) provide the department with the overseas police certificate of 2 countries I lived for more than 12 months in the past EVEN THOUGH I have provided them when I was applying for the a Partner (Provisional) (subclass 309) visa (and I have not visited those countried since I left for Sydney). Thank you so much for any help! Kindest regards, Martin
wrussell 2,150 Posted February 21 If you have not visited the countries since you were cleared, pobably not. This is at the discretion of the delgate (case officer) wait until you are asked. Martin Meszaros 0 Posted February 22 Hi wrussell, Thank you so much for your reply. That was my understanding as well, though it's great to have a few people confirm my assumptions. Have a lovely rest of the day. Regards, Martin
