Kaushal Sharma 0 Posted February 17 Hi, If i get an invitation to apply for 190 nsw but i had a visa cancellation before and I have appealed for AAT and currently have section 48 bar on me so can't apply any other visa staying onshore.( is there a way to find out do i have section 48 barred or not? Someone mentiond earlier if that if your file is at aat than you are not barred is it true? ) I don't want to travel offshore because of covid restrictions.
