We plan to rent out our UK property for a few years and I understand that we will be subject to CGT in both UK and Australia when we do decide to sell. For the purposes of calculating CGT in Australia, does anyone know which types of professionals in the UK are qualified to provide this valuation? (After we arrive in Australia, we plan to move into another property we own which will become our main residence so we won't be able to benefit from the 6 year exemption.
