JobActive Advert (Requirement since October)

Hi everyone. 

My 482 came to end just before Christmas and my company wants to ship me to Europe for a new role. We want to stay and I've been spending my 60 days applying for relevant roles. I have an interview tomorrow where I will be a strong candidate. They don't generally sponsor so I'm trying to make it as easy for them as I can in the process to keep me a viable candidate. 

One thing I am concerned about now is whether they placed the ad on JobActive for the required 30 days. I don't know if they did or not? Does anyone know if there is any leniency from Immigration if they didn't? Or its a hard no to any applications progressing if they failed to do that?

As Paul has stated, they are very hard on Labour Market testing.

If no exemption applies, it needs to be done exactly as specified. If even a minor detail in the advertisement is incorrect, the application will be refused and the company will forfeit both the application fee and the training levy paid.
