Diana T 0 Posted January 14 Visa 461 New Zealand family Relationship Visa. Hi Guys! I would ask for the help of migration agent but, during the circumstances, not in the best financial position.. Maybe someone has recently submitted the application and could answer a couple of questions? It would be greatly appreciated! • We started dating in September 2018; • Started to live together since august 2019 (but we don’t have any proof, as I haven’t changed my residence with any authority here because I was living with my aunty before and then just moved to the place where he was living); • We started renting a place together since March 2020( both names on rental agreement); • We officially registered civil partnership with my New Zealand in December 2020. So is it considered we are in de facto relationship since.. March 2020? Considering the fact we have both names on rental agreement since that period? And also, should we write statutory declarations about our relationships and commitment, and include the statements from our relatives/friends? Thank you so much in advance! You need to address all aspects of the relationship. ____________________________________________________________________ Paul Hand Registered Migration Agent, MARN 1801974 SunCoast Migration Ltd All comments are general in nature and do not constitute legal or migration advice.
