I guess the first thing is to line up at CityLink to change our medicare. My wife heard tell of childcare rebate but doubt we would be eligible with our income. Do I need to do anything with our 457 visa or will we just have been automatically swapped onto our 190? Presumably we can apply for a mortgage now so should probably get saving to cover deposit and stamp duty. Anything else I should be doing?
