kubby
My father was granted a visa under subclass 600 (Tourist stream). This was applied offshore. This visa expires in September 2021. Conditions on this Visa include: 8503 - No Further Stay 8558 - Max 12 months stay in 18 months He arrived in Australia in February 2020. So technically he should be leaving Australia by January end. I am a bit worried about him traveling during the COVID outbreak and was wondering if there is a way I can extend his stay. If yes, then what is the process? Do I first need to apply for a waiver of condition 8503 and then apply for a new visa? Any guidance in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks, Kubby Edited December 1, 2020 by kubby
