Basically, the company needs to hire an agent to do their side of the application. It is perfectly possible for a small company to sponsor someone, but it's far too complicated for them to tackle without an expert. Bear in mind there are no second chances - they only have to make one little mistake and the application gets rejected. Not worth the risk.
