It was 4 sides of A4 and basically it was a list of all his duties and all the courses/qualifications he took while in their employment. We took the details from his CV and expanded on them. He is also going to write his own references and then the respective managers to check them over, amend, if necessary, and sign them for him. Good luck with your application.
