Train station, wynnum seafront with trees, childrens wading pool, water playground, and loads of seats and walking and biking trails, villagy shopping area. Manly village is also lovely next door, and swimming pool. Large marina. 35mins by train to Brisbane. Not too for mountains, and also Gold Coast. And Sunshine coast.
