rodelad209 Posted August 6, 2020 Share Posted August 6, 2020 I am silent follower. my 309 and 100 visa was refused and did appeal at AAT. AAT gave priority 1 in February, 2020. Its been more then 6 months now my case did not allocated to a AAT member yet. I have an agent. My agent sent several email to AAT about the update but AAT replied to wait and they (AAT) will inform us when our case been allocated to a member. I am still waiting.
