Is anyone else travelling problems accessing their TRA account or having trouble making payment for their skills assessment stages? We've tried called TRA and Vetasses to no resolution. Vetasses have said that our agent has been provided with a payment code but I'm not sure whether that is just to pay through the tra website or through another way. Part 1 was completed over 1 month ago and my agent is saying he cant pay for stage 2 be cause of issues with the website access and not being able to get hold of tra. Anyone else had this experience and how did you manage to resolve it?
