Hi guys, I am going to take a technical interview for a cook did someone had done already the interview? Could anyone tell us a bit of advice and a sort of question to ask in the interview?

Yes I had checked already the vetssasses there is a list of units I have an idea about the units but I don't know what kind of question been asked. Russell are a Filipino? have you done the technical interview for commercial cookery?

They going to ask about your work place what you do in your daily routine job
How you handle staff under your supervision
What sort of equipment do you have in your kitchen
How you use them
What are the hazards sign
They going to ask you
Normal question regarding your daily job
I did it last year they finish in 10 minutes only and I successfully complete that

For me they didn’t ask anything about that they only ask technical questions
First when they start they going to introduce themselves and they going to ask about you and tell you to show your passport
Then interview start
Don’t take any stress you will be alright they going to ask you normal questions which you do everyday in your job
