AOS and Sponsor Questions (143 Visa)

Hi,

If i have been on centrelink for a few months in the past 2 years, can i be an eligible parent visa sponsor, and will that income affect my aos.

i  do meet the criteria of income otherwise.

I assume you are saying you received Centrelink payment in the last 2 years.

If so, the Centrelink would calculate how much you have been paid and the taxable income together.
